PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), is located in Fushun, Liaoning Province. Its predecessor was established in 1928, earning it the reputation of being the "cradle of China's petroleum refining industry." With a crude oil processing capacity exceeding 10 million tons, the company stands as the world's largest production and export base for paraffin wax and a key Asian hub for surfactant raw materials.
Its operations span petroleum refining, polymer materials, and fine chemicals, with a core product portfolio—marketed under the "Kunlun" brand—that includes refined petroleum products, polypropylene, polyethylene, styrene-butadiene rubber, a full range of paraffin waxes, microcrystalline wax, and linear alkylbenzene. Leveraging an integrated oil-and-wax production project, the company has achieved the domestic production of high-end microcrystalline wax, with products exported to numerous countries worldwide. As a leading enterprise in the local petrochemical value chain, it utilizes mature production systems and rigorous quality control to supply stable petrochemical raw materials to domestic and international customers, thereby driving the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains.
